IRP Renewal
Renewal Assistance: we provide timely reminders and assistance to clients for renewing their IRP registrations each year. This includes managing renewal paperwork, updating registration information as needed, and ensuring compliance with renewal deadlines to avoid penalties.
If you would like to renew your existing registration, you will have to provide the following documents:
• Copy of your current registration or the letter you received from Secretary of State regarding the renewal of your registration
• Safety Carrier DOT#, Safety Carrier TIN#
• Total miles in every state you traveled for the period July l, 2022 through June 30, 2023 (IFTA reports for 3rd and 4th quarter of 2022 and 1st and 2nd quarter of 2023 or trip reports, statements, log books for the period requested)
• HWY Use Tax (Form 2290) for all vehicles that you are renewing
- HWY Use Taxes currently acceptable are for the period 2023-2024
- IRS stamp or e-file logo must be clearly visible
• Let us know if you have changed your address over the last 12 months
